Dharmendra Poonia

Hello, my name is Dharmendra, and I am based in New Delhi, India. I come from a close-knit family of four. My father is a hardworking farmer and businessman, and my mother is a dedicated homemaker. I also have a younger brother who proudly serves in the Indian Air Force. Coming from this background has taught me the values of dedication, discipline, and hard work.

My Education: Academically, I recently graduated with a B.A. in Hindi from Delhi University in 2025. Prior to my degree, I completed my 12th grade under the CBSE board in 2022, securing an excellent score of 86.4%. I also completed my 10th grade (CBSE) in 2020 with a strong 83.0%.

My Work Experience: I have over 2 years and 1 month of professional experience with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and client communication. Most recently, from July 2025 to October 2025, I worked as a Client Communications Associate at Club Resorto Hospitality. In this role, I was responsible for calling potential customers and successfully converting them into clients by selling the company’s packages and memberships.

Before that, I spent two years (April 2023 to April 2025) working as a Social Media Manager at Arab World Travels, a manpower consultancy. There, I handled their social media accounts and ran targeted ad campaigns. I directly managed the leads generated from these campaigns, calling them to explain visa processes and ultimately converting them into paying customers.

My Core Skills: I possess a versatile skill set that includes strong verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi. I am proficient in computer operations, MS Office, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence. My professional strengths lie in BPO operations, social media management, sales, and having a high convincing ability. I also have experience as a Hindi copywriter and translator.

My Hobbies & Interests:

Outside of my professional life, I have a creative and active personality. I love reading books and writing poems, which keeps my mind sharp and creative. I also enjoy playing sports like cricket and kabaddi, which help me stay physically active and reinforce my team-building skills.”
