About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Relationship Manager to join our growing matchmaking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client expectations, conducting deep compatibility assessments, and providing premium matchmaking services. You will act as a bridge between families, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy journey toward finding the perfect life partner for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation & Onboarding: Interact with prospective clients (parents and candidates) to deeply understand their partner preferences, family background, and cultural values.
• 360-Degree Compatibility Assessment: Analyze client profiles carefully to suggest matches based on a comprehensive 360-degree compatibility check (including lifestyle, education, family dynamics, and personal preferences).
• Profile Management & Shortlisting: Curate and share highly relevant “Interested Profiles” with clients regularly, ensuring high-quality match suggestions.
• Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and schedule meetings or conference calls between both families/candidates and gather constructive post-meeting feedback.
• Relationship Building: Act as a dedicated point of contact, building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to guide them through the entire matchmaking process.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Convert leads into premium memberships, handle renewals, and consistently achieve monthly service and revenue targets.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and profile statuses in the CRM/database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. (Proficiency in regional languages like Maithili, Bengali, or Bhojpuri is a strong advantage).
• Empathy & Maturity: High emotional intelligence to handle sensitive family discussions and understand the nuances of the matchmaking industry.
• Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or relationship management with a focus on achieving targets.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve client concerns gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
