AuthentiK World is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity for candidates who have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to convert leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and explain company products or services clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis.
- Build a positive relationship with clients over calls.
- Convert leads into successful closings.
- Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and closures.
- Coordinate with the team regarding daily updates and work progress.
Eligibility
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Confidence in talking to clients over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of customer handling and persuasion.
- Must have a mobile phone/laptop and stable internet connection.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred, but freshers with confidence can also apply.
Work Mode
- Remote / Work from Home
- Available in both Part-Time and Full-Time options
- Flexible working hours based on performance and target completion
Salary & Incentives
- Per Closing Payment: Rs. 300 per successful closure
- If the candidate achieves more than 20 closures in a month, a bonus cycle will be started
- Higher performance will lead to better earning opportunities
